I heard about Drainscope from a emergency flood restoration
company. I was impressed on how well you all work together as a team.
It ain't easy when you don't what the next phone call will bring. Certainly
the value-add is the relationships with localities' utilities services
staff.
Drainscope is very professional and customer-centric.
As expected, they are the best experts in their field providing timely
remediation, periodic services and on-going preventative recommendations.
Tasks are aggregated and combined to maximize time on site. Frequent
status updates are provided by a single point of contact during the
job. When completed, a clear summary report of what was done with any
drawings and images from the job is provided. Equally important to the
company is to leave the job site neat and returned to its best possible

Derek and his team went above and beyond my expectations
of good work ethic. They were prompt, reliable, and hardworking in the
challenging job of cleaning and repairing old drain tile, as well as
installing clean-outs and a new driveway drain system. Derek alleviated

We recently had our Perimeter Drains replaced by Derek Rathwell and his team. From the initial quote to the completion of the work, Derek was thorough and professional. He went above and beyond to help us work out the best options for our property.
Derek was readily available, both in person and by telephone throughout the entire job. His foreman was very helpful with any on-site questions I had and always explained things to me in a way that I would understand. The weather was challenging at times during the work - 14" of snow overnight! - but Derek and his team persevered. Despite the wet weather, our property was always left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each day.

I've just had the pleasure of replacing my perimeter drains on my home. My Home has 3/4 below ground level basement which means more soil removal and management of that quantity of soil was done very well with little impact on my property and consideration of my neighbor. I'm a gardener and with that consideration the crew worked around the garden space with skill verging on delicateness, even with the backhoe. I have to admit, the garden landscaping looks better than it was before they started.
The crew were professional, respectful, tidy and a pleasure to have around.
